This trek is designed to provide an off the beaten path trekking option for those who have very limited time and who like to do the first time easy trek experience in Nepal. The trekking is relatively easy, sub ropical forests with some steep uphill sections. The villages we encounter have seen so few foreign trekkers to date that we can witness life going on as it has been through the centuries in the himalayan  foothills.This region considered as a non-touristic area has a wonderful charm to explore and always done with a well supervised and guided group with sensible equipments. We start the trek from there along the Arun river crossing bamboo bridges, encountering the remote villages rarely visited by the tourists and the village people are very curious to see when some tourist come there.  In some months we will meet the seasonal yak herders who inhabited the high ridge called Milke Danda the famous place in Nepal for Rhododendron forests. We will have good views of Mt. Everest(8848m) on the northwest side, Makalu(8463m) on the north and Kanchenjunga(8586m)Worlds 3rd highest peak on the northeast. We will have the opportunity to observe the colorful weekly markets in these area. The trek start from Basantapur or flying to Tumlingtar(400m) which is lowest valley in Nepal with nepals famous river Arun and known as Arun valley.
