Everest base camp trek is most popular trekking destination in the world because of it’s intimate view of the towering himalayan peaks including the world’s highest peak Mt. Everest and great chances to experience the friendly and exotic culture of the Khumbu Valley, visiting the famous Sherpa villages, sherpa peoples and buddhist monasteries. We trek to base camp on snow-free paths through green terraced villages, rushing rivers, suspension bridges, lush forests, stay in civilized teahouses and camp in verdant meadows beneath towering peaks.
The flight from Kathmandu to Lukla provides dramatic views of terraced hills and the distant Himalayan giants. After Lukla you begin trek through sherpa villages of Phakding to Namche Bazaar following dudhkoshi river. After one day acclimatization at Namche Bazaar, continue walking to Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche and Gorakshep to reach at Everest Base Camp, the ultimate destination. Kalapatthar(5545m) is the highest place you will be on this trip which is near to EBC.  You can see the majestic view of  Mt. Everest(8850m), Lhotse (8501m), Nuptse (7800m), Pumori(7200m) and extensive 360 degree view of the many other mountains from here.
This trek into Everest Base Camp is strenuous but does not require any previous trekking or mountaineering experience. It does not require any technical experience; only that you be in good physical conditioning and be able to hike for 4-6 hours over hilly terrain with a light day pack. The itinerary of the trek is designed very carefully to ensure proper acclimatization, allowing you to fully enjoy one of the world’s most stunning treks and journey of a lifetime.
